Material is obtained from libraries in Southern Africa as well as from international libraries by way of national and international interlibrary loan schemes.
Requests are usually supplied within working days but we can't guarantee delivery within a specified time. Allow at least 3 days to receive a journal article and about 15 days for a book request. We also advise that you don't request a book just before going on holiday as it could arrive when you're away.
